BIO:

Latcho Kostadinov has been the director of Coerver Coaching Minnesota and a senior staff coach for the last 10 years. Mr. Kostadinov hails from Bulgaria where he played professionally for CSKA Sofia. He has a vast knowledge of soccer and great experience with youth soccer in Minnesota and Iowa. His hobbies include attending Minnesota United games and going on motorcycle rides.

BIO:

Danny Bjorlin’s path to being part of Evolution MN’s administrative staff comes from a longstanding career of balancing teaching and coaching in tandem. Over the years, Mr. Bjorlin has taught students ranging from kindergarten to 6th grade, gaining valuable experience and knowledge about how students grow both academically and socially/emotionally as they move through different grade levels.


With a lifelong passion for soccer, Mr. Bjorlin’s coaching career has taken him to multiple clubs around the metro, including the Mahtomedi Soccer Association and North Suburban Soccer Association. At the same time, he has also coached for Coerver Coaching Minnesota for more than 14 years, leading annual camps and training sessions. Evolution MN is where he found the ultimate opportunity to combine his passion for education and sports.


In his spare time, Mr. Bjorlin enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, as well as gardening and cooking.

Blake Neumann

  • Mr. Neumann has worked in both the Anoka-Hennepin and Eden Prairie School Districts, where he’s been committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

BIO:

Blake Neumann is an educator from Anoka, Minnesota with a passion for helping students grow both in and out of the classroom. A 2021 graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth, Mr. Neumann earned dual degrees in History and Communication, combining a passion for understanding the past with a strong foundation in creating effective, impactful messaging.


Whether it’s through teaching, mentoring, or just being a steady presence in his students’ lives, Mr. Neumann is dedicated to making a difference in his community.


With a love for sports gained from a lifetime of playing soccer, hockey, and track, Mr. Neumann began coaching soccer in college and continues to this day. In his free time, he enjoys staying involved in the professional level of both soccer and hockey.

Trent Holmes

  • Three years playing UPSL in Minnesota

BIO:

Mr. Holmes has been involved in the soccer industry since 2012, when he started coaching during the summers while attending college. He graduated in December of 2015 with a passion for the fitness industry and soccer. After a year living in Maui, he moved back to Minnesota in 2017 and began working for Coerver Coaching Minnesota and coaching a youth team at Blaine Soccer Club. In 2018, he transitioned to Coerver Coaching Minnesota full time and began coaching two teams at North Suburban Soccer Association (NSSA). He is currently the Technical Director at NSSA as well as the Executive Director at Coerver Coaching Minnesota.
